stolen content

Hello ,
I'm not posting very often here , sorry for this ,
i just find out a site, using a lot of stolen content ,since my content was there ..
I cannot contact all the companies separatly , so i better post here,
there are a lot of videos on this site, nastydollars, bangbros, perfectgonzo ...
this sucker is geting videos from all around the web !!
i have contacted his host , but nothing seems to move,
so maybe , if somebody bigger than me .....
if severals companies are complaining, this could help to take him down !
url is : zazoum.com

Retributi0n 10-31-2007 07:39 AM

contacting hosts won't do anything until they pass laws holding service providers responsible for what they're clients are hosting like it should be.
That's the reason why theres so much stolen , copyright shit all over the net because the hosts are not held responsible and to do anything you have to go into court and spend thousands on injunctions for the host to shut down the site , then it will just pop up somewhere else.

Why can't people be honorable?

Retributi0n 10-31-2007 09:17 AM

because they're losers with no skills of their own

kellychang 10-31-2007 09:26 AM

Contact him/her through the information on record for his domain info and if no reply contact his registrar with the information and tell them the information on file seems inaccurate. Information with the registrar, legally, has to be accurate or they will block the domain, thus bringing their site down.

mmm100 10-31-2007 05:25 PM

I contacted him already , he removed all our videos ( KEMACO) , i'm just posting here to show that he is using a lot of other videos , (latest update : BRUNO B !!! ) and hoping that bigger companies than us with lawyers etc .., would really hit him and start something pretty bad against him.
Those people are never going to understand unless they go to court and are fucked

Aussie Rebel 10-31-2007 05:35 PM

It's got to the point as soon as I see AFF banners on a site I automatically think stolen content

Learn how to properly issue DMCA forms and send them to him, host, sponsors, registrars, and everyone up the chain.

Thanks for the URL, was actually looking for passwords, but this is even better.

...but seriously, even if you manage to let his host shut down the website he'll just find another 10$/month host and it'll start over. A lawsuit won't do much either, you'll probably get as far as shutting down the website nothing more nothing less (if he isn't located in the US that is, don't know much about the laws over there). The only thing that has helped me so far (as ASM already pointed out) is to contact the webmaster and CC the mail to his host.

chuvii 10-31-2007 05:55 PM

stolen you're mean he's put his site name on images?

I never CC DMCA notices. I give each company in the upstream their own, same with all associated sponsors on the page and the like.

Piracy is a pain in the ass and you have to fill out shitload of documentation, show even your underwear to the hosting company that the content is yours.

Sucks ass major, let them ask the webmaster of the site to proof that he has the copyrights.

And yes, when closed down it pops up somewhere else.

YellowDude 10-31-2007 06:12 PM

Why don't you ask the webmaster to show it to you that he has the rights.

As a producer do you think that we have the fucking time to show all these documents you required.

The problem is the webmaster and you have to deal with him after a complain of a producer.
