A1R3K - the real answer is that nobody knows for sure if there even is a penalty based on IPs - anyone that tells you different is just spreading rumours or old wives tales (groupspeak) :thumbsup

I can tell you that there are many examples of networks that dont get penalized (blog sites that are on the same class c that all rank quite well - ex. blogspot etc) and many are targetting the same keywords

thanks. i will try to treat it like the sandbox issue. i have seen on some of the seo boards i am a member of (not under the same nick), and even they argue back and forth. i thought if any group of seo would know it would be adult webbies.
