This fucking bugs me sooooo much!
 

I will use hosting as an example.....

You set up an account and it is meant to take 6 hours to set up - 12 hours later and nothing happens

So you email support and they tell you they will get on it.....

Then 24 hours later you email somebody else and it all gets fixed up - no problems

Support guy number 1 emails you 3 days later and basicly calls you a MORON because he can see that the account is ok....... 'Have you checked your spam folders?' - of course I fucking have!

OF COURSE ITS OK NOW YOU TWAT - I SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHO KNEW WHAT THEY ARE DOING 2 DAYS AGO!!!!!!

I get shit like this all the time - god I hate it!!!

I first mail the normal support after 3 days waiting I realise nothing will be done.. I icq michael he fix it all

And 6 months later I receive a mail from support.. Could you please explain us what you mean because we see that .... bla bla
