Just curious if any EU webmasters are using this. If so, it costs 50USD(which epass will deduct) how is their US-EU conversion? Also do they cover all other fees? Or does your local bank charge you again as well?

We send the money in US$ so it would be your banks conversion rate.
Your bank may charge a fee for incoming wires.

Thanks. But normally when a foreign company sends me a wire, he gets the option: All costs for sender, all costs for receiptant, or split costs...

Any idea under what circumstances epass sends the wires?

You should expect split costs.
