I never bothered as i figued i'd probably be on hold most of the day ;) I'll give that a shot and see where it takes me!

go with ibill or jettis:) ccbill likes to close accounts for no valid reason and let their customers lose their recurring database and money.

I agree with heymatty, give them a buzz and they are good. I have been able to reach a tech everytime i have called.

Wow, i am impressed by their service.

I placed my call, actually has someone admit they were not the best person to handle my questions and passed me off to someone who answered them all.. total time on the phone 10 mins...

Like i said, i am very impressed by that!
