If you know of someone who can do it, I don't see why not. I'm supposed to have a temp in the office a week from Monday to write blog posts for week. This might be something they can handle too.

why not just write your own?

I have a pretty decent sized list. I don't make it larger because the more synonyms, the more it slows down the blog. I also have blog specific listings by niche and can write more if you're interested.
