just installed this, so how to add links, forms etc except hand coding? because if everything will be by hand, thats useless

actually a friend of mine told me there are buttons for that, but couldn't find something like that yet...

create a new html doc, and the html buttons show up.

EditPlus is for real HTML coders... If you need to be hand held and wanted bloated crap pages, then go with something else.
