Flash player wont stream , waits till full download then starts

Yo when i go to youtube for example it doesnt stream but starts when the movie is fully downloaded then starts

any ideas?

im not sure what youre looking for juicy... do you want it to fully download to play?

like none at all until its fully loaded? is that your goal?

if so... why?

and download and run Windows Flash Player 9 Active X control content debugger for IE. I also downloaded the Flash projector content debugger for windows just for good measure. It works fine now.
