Autoblogger Pro / ABPSA (Relink Software) Support? Anyone?

Anyone knows how can I get my (almost never-ending) problems with ABPSA solved?
Right now I'm waiting to get an answer from a ticked I submitted 4 days ago. Last time I waited more than 1 month...

And I really can't do any work in the meantime.
Somebody has an ICQ or somethin'?
(last night I've tried to contact edgeprod, but unfortunately he told me he doesn't work any longer with them )
