    Goodbye Mum

    Got the phone call that we all dread getting on Monday morning informing me that my Mother had died :-(

    Totally unexpected, she died of a heart attack aged only 62.

    Always dynamic and fun, she was a remarkable woman who will be sorely missed.

    Still can't quite get my head round the fact that I will never see her again.

    Bye bye Mum, rest in peace.

                      I'm so sorry for your loss... My mother passed away in 96 and she was 48. It's so hard....

                                      definitely sorry to hear that EmJay.. my mom is a year older and she's back home in Indonesia (i actually took her home from here last week)

                                      my dad passed away 5 days after my 15th bday, he was 53.

                                      so talking about dreaded calls..... i go through that too now.

                                          Funeral will be on Tuesday, guess after that time will eventually heal the pain.

                                          So pleased that I recently spent come qualtity time with her and told her that I love her.

                                          Would strongly suggest that you all visit/call your Moms and do the same...

                                              Sorry to hear that AK, I believe it is quite common for that to happen, the pain must be unbearable.

                                              My Dad is 82, I was almost certain that he would be the first to pass away...
