Totally stupid first time flash user's question...

FUCK! I just spent 30 minutes reworking my sig into a flash object and I don't have the slightest idea how to post it! Any Flash gurus out there? A little help maybe? Am I not worthy of a flash sig? (i.e. do I need to pay for the privelige?)
