Going on 3 weeks now without a smoke. That vid just gives me more motivation not to start again.

Pretty disgusting shit. I wonder what residue have the people who live Tokyo, New York, Beijing and inhail the smoke.

wow! i've seen a video similar to this but they're always very eye-opening.. i quit from smoking two packs/day a few years ago. i'm so glad.

smokers make me sick.. so weak.. like crackheads outside chiefing in subzero temperatures and inclimate weather and in airport 'smoke(crack) rooms'

Glad I never started.

I saw something similar but much better when I was in school that turned me off smoking forever. That video was pretty dumb but still illustrated the same point that cigs are terrible for you.

Yeah smoking sucks. That kinda proves it...
