Brady Or Manning

My buddies been drunk and I have been debating this all year.

Who is better? Peyton Manning or Tom Brady

Manning has better career stats but Brady has 3 super bowls and Brady is on pace to break mannings record this year for TD's. Brady data wise is smoking manning this year...

I CHOOSE BRADY

Hazlewood 10-25-2007 08:26 AM

sorry about the bad english above but Im sure you get the drift

Hazlewood 10-25-2007 11:56 AM

fuck nobody cares about football anymore?

starpimps 10-25-2007 12:12 PM

brady has been stepping it up
but i still think manning has one up on brady

I'd take Manning with the same coach, players, system and so on.

axelcat 10-25-2007 12:29 PM

they are both great, hard to really say who is better.

I think Brady looks better because he has a better supporting cast. I think in raw QB talent, Manning has it hands down.

Before you start crowning Brady, and no doubt he has been awesome this year so far, lets take a look at who NE has played so far. CLE, MIA, BUF, NYJ, CIN... With Dallas and SD the only two teams who could be considered top teir teams and neither has a stellar defense.

I am loving it cause I have Brady and Moss on my Fantasy team.

Nov 4th is going to be a game that goes down as legendary and could just decide who wins the Super Bowl based on the fact it will probably determine home field advantage.

Rodent 10-25-2007 01:07 PM

Both are kicking ass, and neither are on my team :(

Game might as well be the Super Bowl. NFC looks weak

TampaToker 10-25-2007 01:25 PM

Payton all the way :thumbsup

Brady has 3 Super Bowl Rings..

Manning has 1...

in the end, thats the only stat that will be remembered.

PersianKitty 10-25-2007 01:32 PM

Manning all the way.

It takes an entire team to get a superbowl ring not than just a quarterback...Brady's had the backing of great players and coaching to get those rings.

Riiiiiight, and Manning has been surrounded by flunkies all these years...

OG LennyT 10-25-2007 01:34 PM

Tom Brady by the length of a football.

GAMEFINEST 10-25-2007 01:37 PM

3 rings....brady

[ScreaM] 10-25-2007 01:55 PM

I'll go with Brady.

Vitasoy 10-26-2007 03:47 AM

You can't go wrong with either one ;)

gecko 10-26-2007 04:34 AM

I'll go with the guy with more rings... brady.

GT-Omar 10-26-2007 04:58 AM

Well as an unbiased person (I don't like either of them or their teams) I would pick brady for one reason and one reason only.

The ability to stay cool under pressure.......

You can't teach that, coach that, or buy that. It's a rare trait very few have.

Manning is a SUPER great QB no one is taking that away from him, but when he gets a little to much pressure on him. He tends to over think the situation which leads to mistakes ( granted they are very few, and far in between, but they still happen)

I put up this same question in the PussyCash football pool. Here are the results....

Nearly 90 webmasters voted.
"Who is the best QB in the NFL this year?"
Just over 58% said Peyton Manning.
Just over 24% said Tom Brady,
and just over 9% said Tony Romo.

If I put up the same question in the pool poll today I bet Brady and Manning would be much closer in votes though. They are both exceptional.

And yes, Nov 4th is going to be a great game. I've been saying it for weeks, the superbowl is being played early this year.
