Do you use web-rings for promotion? (BOMIS, ringsurf,webring.org)

I remember that I used to get some good traffic from bomis.com, but I stopped building freesites so I haven't used it in a long while.. Do those sites still work and bring visits?
(I haven't used yahoo's webring or ringsurf)..

Yes use them all... make a link page... make a webring page... make a banner exchange page... make a top 100 page... go with it all bro... the more links you have pointing back at you the better...
