What's the average size of a high quality 3 minute video clip?

i'm not to smart on video technology stuff, "actually i'm not smart at all". so whats an average sized 3 minute high quality video clip?

about 30 megs standard good quality could be 40-45mb (Divx @ 1000-1500kbs)

how about for:

1) wmv
2) mpeg
3) flv

Damn, that's alot of megs, I was thinking it would be more around 10 megs each.

Not for high quality. Not even close. h264 gets you excellent compression while maintaining high quality, and at 1400kbps stream, you still are looking at about 30+mb.
