New Indiana Jones movie next year
 

I knew they were working on this but I didn't know when it was going to come out till now. I was just watching the Scream awards on Spike TV and they had Harrison Ford on there talking about it.

Don't know how he is going to pull this one off. He looks like he has one foot in the grave. Maybe he might have been able to pull it off 5 years ago, but he's looking pretty rough.

Anyone else see him on there? He looks like he should be swinging into the retirement home on his whip.

No, didn't know there was a site up for it already or that the story was released. Will have to look into it. I'm a big fan of the previous ones which is why I hope they don't pull a Rocky 5 and destroy it.

Did they let him have a real whip? I remember there was some fuss a few months back about wanting to cgi a whip in.

Who said Indy had to be young? Sean Connery played an old Indy and it worked ok.

This movie is supposed to be 10+ years after the previous movies. The big menace in this film is the Soviets.
Even sitting in a chair, he looks just like Indy would with a few more years or a bit more "mileage".

Yep. "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull". Can't wait. It was supposed to be made years ago but George Lucas decided to revist Star Wars instead so this was put on the backburner.

I loved IJ as a kid. Can't wait for this one! The release date is May 2008 so i'll still have a while to wait, living in the UK and all :(

My favorite series (well maybe tied with Back To The Future).

Karen Allen from Raiders returns, but I'm mad they didn't bring back John Rhys-Davies.
