Best way to deal with annoying neighbors?
 

These fucking fat black bitches moved in above me awhile ago and they are so annoying. Constantly stomping around and banging shit around at weird hours... today they brought some little kid over that was running and jumping around like the small-ass 1 bedroom apartment is a playground or something.

So anyways it just got kinda ugly because I banged on my ceiling and then they came down here to fight with me. Wtf am I supposed to do (other than move)? And you know how dumb black people are... now I gotta worry about them fucking with my car or something... I hate this shit lol...

They eat their children too (or so I heard)... With some luck he'll be gone soon enough... :winkwink:

I just called the manager after I reviewed my lease, and the people above me are completely in the wrong. So I don't know what he's going to do... probably give them a warning or something. Great, now I still have to worry about them fucking with my car or maybe even me lol...

Seriously though arguing with black females is pretty much pointless. They really don't give a shit and don't have respect for other people + they are always loud as fuck. You can try complaining to the manager but hes probably scared of then.

My advice is to move to a richer neighborhood where the economic barrier keeps out most of the ghetto fuckers.

I woulda been better to handle it via the manager from the get-go.

I understand that some people can take things a bit too far, but what the hell do you expect them to do? Stop walking? They're in their home... provided they're not going out of their way to piss you off, they should be able to move around and bang shit as they please.

Maybe it's time for you to stop the apartment life, and get a house... or at least work with your manager to switch apartments.

That really sucks. I understand your frustration completely. Your mgr. will probably just send them a letter reminding them to be courteous of other neighbors or something as it is a violation of the lease...excessive noise.. What I did was buy some wireless headphones and plug them into my PC when working.. then at night I have a radio wave machine cranked really loud so I can't hear the fat bitch slamming her elephant hoofs down on my roof as she gets up to take her twelth shit of the evening.

Here's my motto whenever I lived in an apartment, but that's been over 7 years ago now.

I don't give a fuck what other people do. I take a ground floor, if they want to be noisy, fuck them I just don't care.

You kind of have to accept that if you're on the ground floor, you're gonna hear some shit.

Once I get inside my place, that's my world, and I can't be bothered.

Living like this kept me from worrying about all the small shit that people living on top of each other worry about...and kept me from having to worry about someone getting stupid and trying to retaliate.

Honestly, I just didn't give a fuck...you shouldn't either.

Well I'm only living here while I'm in college and I graduate next spring, so I guess I could move somewhere else, but I was hoping to just stay here until I graduate at least... :disgust

Unfortunately.. most of those "richer" areas often have stricter leasing requirements.... ie good credit and clean criminal background.. of which some of us don't have and must live in more lenient areas..rrr...hood. If you're a good person that just happens to have a credit score that resembles that of a hockey game or have multiple felonies.. good luck on getting that nice place in Uptown.

Well they actually seem to be somewhat considerate, because after I got all mad and shit earlier they actually took the kid and the dog outside to go play. So I decided to go out there and apologize for getting all mad earlier and that I don't want any problems with them.

So everything seems cool, but I doubt the noise will stop, and they will also still be getting a letter from the manager lol...

I also have fuckn annoying neighbours which coincidentally are black...i live in a good area, 4K sq feet house... chinese neighbour on 1 side, indian on 1 side, indian across diagnoally, phillipinos behind me, and black directly across me

i think theres like 10 ppl in the house (extended families) and they seem pretty decent except for the fact they have 0 respect which i noticed a lot. first off they wash their leased 2004 mercedes EVERY FUCKN DAY!!!! I am not exaggerating, they WASH IT EVERYDAY and clean the interior twice a week. ITS RIDICULOUS. On top of that they wash it whenever they fuckn want and blast the music while their windows are all down and they are waxing the car. THEY HAVE even washed it with blasting music in the summer on a saturday at 7am!! WTF it fuckn woke me up after i got home at 5am of partying!!

the sad thing about all this is its been going on for 1 year and they person cleaning it is the thug son thats 15 years old and cant drive...

Most leases have requirements about being quiet and not pissing everyone around you off, and they do not have the right to make a bunch of noise above you. But really, consider getting a house. Then you have some insulation between you and the neighbors.

You could also get some flyers from National Vanguard and print them out, post them on every door and that should run some of them off.

Yup, this is what my lease says:

Please be considerate of your neighbors by keeping noise from any resident, guest, stereos, parties, etc to a minimum. Mandatory scheduled quiet hours are 24 hours daily.
