So I had a problem getting my wire (it ended up being my banks problem) but I called CCBill to see maybe its on their end.

Based on my past experience with billing companies I was expecting:

To wait on hold an hour
To be told everyone in Accounting is at lunch
They are in a meeting
etc. etc.

Instead I got right thru to accounting Andrew transffered me to Jenny and all of a sudden shes calling banks for me and calling me back giving me FED Wire Tracking numbers etc. and im not a big account there, they treated me like I was some huge account.

I wanted to post here and say thanks and to tell all those that are looking for better treatment and a great third party biller, CCBill is the way to go.

... when dealing with anything related to ron cadwell & co you better get used to this ... no big news to anyone that deals with them, simply the best !

This is exactly the kind of info i needed to hear, we went with ibill for our first site that we released a couple of weeks ago, then I read all the horror ibill stories on GFY, so I had been thinking maybe i'll go with ccbill for my second site. Now I know for sure thats what i'll be doing.

the problem with companies today, they cut costs by keeping a tight crew or dont pay them enough money. customer service today is still extremely important!

Yeah let's don't forget they pay on time, every time, and haven't missed one to date. Something I don't think anyone else that size or close to it can say, historically or currently in some cases.

CCBill has honestly done everything in their power to make my billing go smoother.

Cant say that Ibill has ever come close...

Even Epoch isn't quite as good (Epoch's service has turned around lately... but I still lack a little faith).
