These winds are hell on earth and the Malibu Castle is GONE!
This is incredible!

I was just there two days ago, what a shame.
The winds here in the valley are blowing 60-80 mph

Pepperdine is amazing. It either gets evacuated or is the safe evacuation place to run to, every year. But it never burns down.

Winds were crazy last night, but things are pretty much all still right now in Studio City.

It's a shame the coastline is getting hit so hard.

i can smell the smoke here in the valley.

a tree branch blew off and leveled my patio furniture last night.

one of the chairs blew off the balcony.

its pretty bad when i wake up at night, cuz i sleep so sound, but the wind alone was so loud it kept waking me up.

So why is Cali so good again? Every year it's either fires or mud slides and every 10 years or so a Earth quake. Seriously how the hell does anyone get home insurance in Cali?

Hell Fla we for the most part just get Hurricanes and with that alone it's getting almost impossible to get home insurance now days. So how the fuck do people in Cali get it?

Because our calamities are limited to small areas, not entire states.

Winds through the porn valley basin are clocking in the 90's. picked up my furniture off my patio last night and blew it down the parking lot. LOL.

Haven't seen winds this hard since the hurricane in Tampa was coming at us.

I hear its supposed to be worse tonight. Will have to bring my furniture inside. HAHA.

well lets see.

1. each act is typically limited to a very small area.
2. repeats are not that common, well ok the slides in So cal need to be addressed and there should be NO Government or state assistance to home owners there, aside from emergency services. I am just talking no interest free loans, state of emergency crap and so forth.
3. California is not southern California. Hell it is not even if you add in middle California either which some who get on my nerves call Norther California, despite it ony being half way up the state.
4. For most part it is Middle CA and Southern CA that ever gets nailed by the earthquakes. Yet hell we are on the edge of the ring of fire.
5. Did I mention we also have volcanos?
6. Florida on the otherhand is barely above sea level and when a hurricane hits it often eats half or more of the state. Though there is no laws requiring dome housing. Hell Florida just finally figured out hey lets not put traffic lights on wires. When most of the other western states have not been doing wire suspended traffic lights since the mid 60's.
