Support email for Syncash problem?
 

Anyone have an email where Syncash support can be reached? I think they're sending my checks to the wrong address.. I've tried to get my address changed for almost six months but everyone month my checks were being sent to my old address and forwarded to my new address.. Unfortunately the post office will only forward your mail for a certain amount of time. My time has ran out and I'm afraid these guys are still mailing my checks to the wrong address. This time however, it's not going to be forwarded and whoever lives there now probably has a free check. According to the program page, checks were mailed last Monday. I have received a check yet. There doesn't seem to be an email listed anywhere on the program pages unless I'm overlooking it. Any help would be appreciated.

Email [email protected] with your account # and I will tell you what address is on file.

That does happen from time to time, because the check writing software may have one address and if you update your profile online with the new address it may be overlooked by accident.
