Uh, any of them can. If you want to allow realtime streaming, you're going to want Windows Media Player for WMV, and Apple's "Darwin Streaming Server" can handle QT and RM (with a bit of work for the latter.)
If you're asking for a good host that can handle redundancy, there's always akami.
