if you're going to have her do the finger in/by her mouth thing, i suggest having her lightly bite on the finger instead of what is currently in the pic.
it should look more natural and sexier/more coy.

I did not shoot this photo, and had nothing to do with it, but I have seen the same thing with the finger from a lot of girls. to me, it seems that they just dont know how to look sexy.

i don't like her face too, but would still hit it.
