That would be my opinion as well. That entire album is amazing.

I enjoy all his older stuff, but Let's Dance seems to be the one that resonates the most with me because I saw it on MTV all the time when I was around 12.

His whole Serious Moonlight thing was probably the most commercial of all his work, and probably even sold the most. But best? I wouldn't even rank it in his top 10.
