where do you find your talent?
We've been using a number of different resources to find talent for adult projects, some with great results, some with less spectacular outcomes. I'm interested in finding out where iut is that you find your talent. Agencies? Craigslist? Strip clubs? Myspace? Chance encounters? Referrals?
Have you had particular luck with any boards? Had consistently bad experiences with anyplace?
My reason for this thread is two-fold. First, it would be great to get input from peopel as to where they find their talent, and collective pool resources.
Secondly, I have a friend that's looking to start an agency, and would like to know what things contribute to negative experiences (line of contact, inaccurate descriptions ANYTHING).
I for one, have had luck with OMP, Craigslist, and referrals (actually has been my best source) etc, and it's often been better than say, Adultstaffing or Sexyjobs. I've had some great experiences with some agencies, and some horrid experiences with others.
