I have a multi niche "free site", receiving over 60,000 google hits a day.
All together its a 100,000+ hits a day "free site".
OK I'm sorry about the title of this thread, I'm "just considering" to sell it, and wanted to make your attention. To give me an price idea!

The site is elite SEO (Professionally) optimized, 1-5 positions on google for major porn words. The SEO its so secret, that I would not tell you a word about it if you gave me $10,000 right here right now. The SEO is bullet proof that I'm willing to give you a multi year guarantee if you don't brake my SEO advice. The only way my site could disappear from top 5 google position is if google would dramatically change their script, which is not possible, since that would cause a chaos among top rated websites (ELITE SEO opinion)

Of course I would not sell you this without detailed information, I would prove to you the SEO technique that guaranties the placement of my site for many year to come, you would be amazed after our talk and results.

Every sponsor that I have tried out (like I said its a multi niche site) I'm sure they are very happy I signed up with them. I'm a paysite owner myself, so I know how valuable I am to my sponsors.

I'm making great cash with all kind off sponsors, so I'm just wondering how much could I sell this kind of site.

Its optimized to 95% which means it by my beliefs can get 5% more SE traffic than today, and its sponsor exposure its about 70%, which meant it can make 30% more money after all sponsors are placed in the right place.
Today it generates over $12,000 a month in signups and revshare profit.

So why would I sell a gold mine like that? Actually I would not, but I'm in this business since 7-8 years back, and like I mentioned I'm also a paysite owner years back, and believe me I've made enough with cash that I can retire, and with so much responsibility it comes time you just want to buy stocks and enjoy life without worrying about emails, server issues or whatever...

Ok the most important question for me here is, how would I sell this? Any suggestions so that I don't get cheated? And what do you think my site is worth. And believe me, like NASA is in space I'm equal in SEO!!

seems to me if you are getting 60k Google SE hits a day and making only $12k a month something is wrong.

maybe you are good at SEO but not so good at selling the sponsor.

I said it can make 30% more, all my under pages don't have sponsors. Its a huge project for me, I have many sites (extern) to manage, I just did not have time to sponsor optimize it to 100% I have other sites that I run daily.

And I'm not used to have so much sponsors (15-20) I run my own shit, with this site I'm forced to join sponsors, and it takes time to find right sponsors, that's why I mentioned it 70% sponsor optimized.

Man, it just seems stupid to sell it so I'm missing something here big time.

If you want to retire then just turn your computer off and use auto-payment to your webhost and automatic deposit for your sponsors.

Buying stocks???? You'd take "guaranteed" money and gamble it in stocks???

AdWords traffic is targeted traffic, and you send it to a "clean paysite".
My Google traffic arrives to a free site, so they have lots of free stuff, that's why you cant compare AdWords traffic with free traffic.

AdWords traffic is so much targeted and the visitor have no option than to join. On a free site you receive all kind of searches and the surfer have the option to choose just a free galleries and not to spend any money, but the traffic is free!

You blame it on me? For the last time I have not placed sponsor promo stuff on all pages, by my calculations with sponsors on all pages it can make $15,000-$16,000 a month.

If its to lame for you, choose one of the following:

1. I have low converting sponsors
OR
2. You have no idea what you are talking about (my guess)

60 000 hits from Google TO THE SITE on a 15% ctr (which is say ok) = 9000 to the sponsors, lets assume 1:1000 conv. ratio (I get MUCH worse on targeted Google traffic) thats 9 signups say $35 average = $315 per day

in a 30 days month that's $9450, so if he's making $12 000 he's doing pretty good

Why is everyone ripping on this guy? I know this is typical in GFY fashion however 60,000 hits from Google search traffic daily and raking 12k per month sounds pretty nice to me. For all you know his search terms may be FREE PORN VIDEO or something along those lines. Converting surfers looking for freebies is not the easiest thing in the world to do. I say way to go man.
