Actually the paypal person would recieve 1262.00 if you sent 1300.00 as a standard transfer. If they took an echeck they would actually get 1295.00 as echecks always have a max fee of 5.00 (most do not know this).

To get an actual 1300.00 in paypal you would need to send 1339.13 as a standard instant transfer or 1305.00 as an echeck.

Just a helpful post.

The real risk is for the epass sender here in this transaction. Epass does not allow person to person transaction disputes.

Paypal senders can chargeback, and so forth. So really the security end is on you not screwing someone. Because again if they do not send the epass you can reverse charges via paypal.
