ummm yes... a single house in watts is around 200k.. you better room it up mate because 475 isn't bad considering the area.. Shit his rent is probably $900 or more.

My 800 sq ft loft in Downtown LA was $1,600 a month, compared to the 2,300 sq. ft. loft in Downtown Long Beach for $2,400 I lived in after.

dude... California is fucking cheap. It costs me an average of $18k a MONTH to live on Maui.

Hopefully you don't sleep on someone else's couch for that kinda bling...

my friends in Marina Del Rey in LA pay like close to 3K$ for quite nice apt tho.

Thank God :) .. I am just feeling damn lucky .. I live in my 10,075 sq. ft. home, it costs me nothing.

Never realize it was so cheap to live in California.

I always thought NJ/NY was the worst until I spoke to a friend buying a house in the Valley.

I use to pay $1960 a month for a 1 bedroom in Glendale California but it was pretty big for a 1 bedroom

I pay 1550 for a 1bdrm 750 sqft. The area I am in is just communities though, hardly any houses or apartments etc.

The market crashed though, going to be buying. :)
