So talking of mainstream, unless its top secret, what would be the top 10 mainstream products roughly? I am guessing penis enlargement type programs would be close to #1, others?

Penis elargement falls into adult in my eyes.
Not to mention the snake oil department.

I am not going to list my top 10, nor I doubt most will but I will toss up a few that do well for me. (tangibles)

Honestly, if you're promoting one of the top 10 products, you better be hella good at it to compete :)
