Converting Spanish Traffic?
 

I have short term Spanish traffic about 50k a day for the next two days. Some spanish site plugged one of my sites but its not converting at all. I wish I knew ahead of time that someone was going to throw me some massive traffic :)

What could I do to convert this traffic?
