I am purchasing an online business

and would like to have everything transfered to me before i pay up the seller
and the seller would like to make sure i do not scam him

since we do not know one another, can u recommend a reputable Escrow company that you have personally used before or know it to be legit ?

You'll get personal, hand holding if needed...a very personal service. I've used both escrow and moniker...both are fine but when I want 'extra' reassurance I go with Moniker.
