Has Anyone Played EVE (Trailer Inside)
|
not yet but maybe soon
|
I'm playing it 24/7 one of the better online games.
|
I've had quite a few of my gamer friends try to get me involved in the game... aand if I had time for an MMO (or any game, actually), I'm sure I'd be playing it.
Everything I've heard is A+ level - the only downside (for me) seems to be that you can't actually separate from your ship and walk around... when you're in the game, you are your ship... I think I'd prefer the Privateer kinda dealio.... and, as such, am looking forward to Firefly Online. |
The problem is that the game advance is not determined by how much time you play but by how much time you pay for the game account.
In other games, if you play let's say one hour per day, you can advance to level X in Y days. In EVE you just buy the skills and instead of time played they need real time to develop... for example, in order to manage big ship you need 20 days of training. This means your account must be active for 20 days, no matter if you play one hour or 100 hours during these 20 days. Want to be the big guy in EVE and boost your ego? Buy 100k million space credits for several bucks (chinese sell them really cheap) and buy all the skills you want. Just keep the account active and log every day during 10 minutes to buy and train new skills. After about 6 or 7 months you will have one very skilled pilot and you will be able to buy yourself a very big ship to brag around... If you really want to make something that will boost your ego in real world and will make your dick bigger and harder and will make hot chicks stick to your dick like it's the last dick in this world... then try the ultimate MMO game. Real Life Offline (sponsored by Galaxy Media)... now with a real human body only for your own usage (resurrection after death is not guaranteed). You will also have access to the rest of the data and belongings this human body has (bank accounts, real estate, friends and diseases included). As a first mission I order you to use the sponsor in my sig (GalaxyCash) and convert several surfers into sales using magic join links that will be provided to you when you signup for GalaxyCash. Upon completing this mission you will win 50% of the money the surfers spend for life. After you complete this mission you should come back to me for new and more exciting missions our corporation has to offer you. |

I played it for a few days...it was fun, but like PowerCum said, you need to wait ages until you can get something going...took too long for me.
I'm now playing World Of Warcraft.. |
