Didn't they have an ICQ lite? what happened to that one?

I like Icq 6, not having any of the issues everyone else is havign with logging on and logging off or the phantom window opening. The Nic search feature makes it worth it 10x over.

I like it... the older version was working like crap for me.

Only good thing with ICQ6 is that you can resize the history box !!

But that wasn't enough, so I downgraded to ICQ5 !!

New one works like shit.

It will sometimes freeze up where I will get the same messages, and friend invites popping up on log in for a week.

I use trillian, much better and good for meta-contacts (ICQ, IRC, YAHOO, MSN etc). Even got encryption for chats trillian->trillian. Would never exchange against lame icq!
