We reported to you and the host many times, the host forced him to delete some of his galleries but he is producing more. Basically, everything on these domains are stolen.

Have you tried calling them?

I believe we had an incident about a year ago when an affiliate of theirs was using a trademark of ours. We gave them a ring, and the affiliate was instantly shut down. No muss, no fuss.

You may want to also report the domains via ICANN as having incomplete information. The second one for sure isn't a correct address.

silvercash has a LOT of affiliates that use stolen content. I get the submissions all the time. In the past I reported stolen content to the appropriate program and silvercash dragged their feet dealing with it... The same thing just happened again recently and the program is still determining how they're going to approach it this time. I have a feeling it's going to have lawyers involved this time.

This can be challenging at times due to the number of affiliates we have, yet we a strong management staff that actively exercises due dilligence in addressing webmasters who certainly break the rules of our terms and agreement.

I'll see your bullshit and raise you another round... There's one particular affiliate that I'm almost 100% sure uses absolutely nothing but stolen content.. You guys don't have any of the content he uses to promote the sites and I seriously doubt he's licensed any of it... In the most recent case he was taking exclusive content and using it for movie galleries from a program that I'm good friends with. This will be the second time now that I've informed them about their stolen content being used to promote Silvercash sites. Last time they contacted you and you guys dragged your feet dealing with it and they were pretty choked about it...
