Fair and honest DVD replicators

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a fair and honest DVD replicator, preferably based in Los Angeles. I am worried about rumours of over-replicating and dumping product. Looking for someone with a reputation for good quality, fair price, good turnaround time, and good rep.

I did get a quote from Advanced Digital Media already and just wanted to shop around. I do not want any affiliation with anyone doing business with Red Light District or Platinum X for personal reasons.
