Should we be allowed to clone ourselves?
 

The technology is not that far away, unless we want it to be. Are we opening Pandora's box? or ending disease and our own mortality?

I think scientists should be allowed to go for it. People use the argument that we are playing God...The same weak argument was used to call science witchcraft a few centuries ago.

Well that opens questions doesn't it. If you clone my body and download all the electrical impulses and neuron maps from my old brain to the new brain so my memory and everything goes there, is that body now me? What if they both stay conscience? Are we both me? which one am I?

What if you surgically swap my actual brain into the newer younger stronger body? surly then it's me right?

Your clone will become jealous because you are the original and murder you.
