You might try tubecgi with any sponsor you like.

You can dump gallery links into the script and it will strip the videos and make tube sites. You can clone the sites with one click to make all your domains.
You only have to install the script once and just click to build new domains.
It has three preset templates in 40 color shemes and you can totaly design your own template if you like and make the site look any way you want.

Plus it comes ready to import about 3000 flash videos with just a few clicks.

It would take you about 3 hours to build a database of 10,000 videos from hosted galleries with descriptions and you could clone all the sites from it.
