I just need your name, your company and a way to contact you and my lawyer will take it from there. my lawyer has plenty of internet expereince and intellectual property experience.

Dont just sit there and do nothing, you have a responsibility to our/your industry to protect our/your lively hood. if nothing is done to stop this now, then next year or the next we will all be out of work and scum like zango will control the internet. not just adult.

dont let the guys with money scare you into submission, this is a winable fight and we have more than enough proof to win a jurys decission and collect on what has been stolen from all of us and stop it in the future from happening.
contact him if you are interested in participating in a class action deal.

I think Acacia is total bullshit.
There is a difference though. Acacia claimed epic was infringing on their rights and stealing their technology not the other way around.
And it was a bit more complicated an issue than seeing a popup cover your sales page. Zango doesn't own a patent to replace your referral codes.

it doesn't matter to me if Trey pisses people off and acts like an asshole or not, if he wants to take on spyware more power to him. I don't see why Steve and others couldn't work with him to fight zango. They dont have to do business with him etc... just work together on one issue to help protect everyone.
