Two things...

1. If this is not true you should be banned for acting like a bitch and making up stuff because you are bored and spend too much time on drama and not working.

2. If it is true I think 1/2 of the board will leave. Well, 1/2 that actually contributes which could be 20 - 30 people. The majority of the surfers wouldnt care. I'll be gone thats for sure.
