Constant connectivity. Hidden, body worn cameras (I purchased an incredible on in Taiwan with great resolution and a DVR the size of a cigarette pack which also powers the camera) which are connected to a cell phone or computer and everything you see, do, say, and hear is instantly streamed to the web. User can more fully communicate with people on the web by using SMS to post messages (Twitter.com).
This will soon after become a problem as so many people will be using these systems and it'll be near impossible to tell and privacy folks will really get concerned.
It's possible to do all this now, but there are some issues. These issues are being worked out and we will soon see people's entire lives available live on the web. It'll be a two-way street too in that people on the web will be able to make suggestions to the person about what to do. "Grab her ass. Ok, I'll make an instant deposit of $10 right now for you to grab her ass."
