NATS Link code question

Can anybody tell me what these bolded numbers mean? |

There are a couple more fields in there than explained, but without seeing the program, I have no idea how they're set up. |
Just to add to this: I still don't know what the other fields are, but I figured out the system used to encode the data; if anyone's curious as to what the letters are, here's a crappy 10 minute script I whipped up.

Campaign Number: 3 |
The extra #s after the link code are extended tracking. These were intended to be used for tracking adtools, tour, hosted galleries, and other things.
These functionality for most of these features is implemented in one form or another in NATS 3 however they are being greatly enhanced in NATS 4. |

0=tour 0= 0= 716=campaign id I don't know about the other two, I know they are ad tools or something like John said. |
