so far in my life:
i found out when i was 16 that my parents had a baby and it died 3 days after birth... they almost decided to only have one kid(my older sister) and not try to have anymore kids. i would have never been born.

When my neighbor caught me molesting a goat last christmas eve. He was on his roof & looking down on me.

It really sucks getting caught doing something unethical.

But i paid him off in gift certificates to red lobster, he never mentioned a thing.

I wont even say.

These memories burn longer than any flame.

The biggest shock/surprise for me would be after 2 miscarraiges and one still born child, the day a doctor handed me my son
nov 18, 1988. The best day of my life.

I also once landed hard on my bicycle seat in the "wrong position" if you know what i mean. That was probably the biggest shock ever...the feel of a seat going up your ass after a big jump on a bmx.

I still have recurring nightmares....

when I was 14, I was playing lacrose with one of my friends, and he passed the ball, and it had a front spin, so I tried jumping up, and letting it go between my legs, but as I jumped, the ball hit the ground with a front spin, and spead up and hit me directly in my right testicle. The ball must have been going 40 miles per hour, and i just fell down, and couldnt move. I was at the doctor the next day, but luckily testes were A OK!

You havent lived till you've taken a pellet from a high powered pellet gun in the left nut, I straight up puked and couldnt move for hours

I think the biggest shock of my life was a combination of events when I was 13. That was one hell of a year...

I don't really feel like going into deep details. But basically I contracted pneumonia really bad, a mucus ball (I guess) shut off one of my lungs and another ball clogged about 75% of my other lung. My blood oxygen level was around 84% for several days, and I became severely dehydrated. The doctors basically told me I was going to die, but at the time I pretty much wanted to because of the pain. My mom was totally freaking out, can't remember what my dad was doing/thinking.

This happened twice within 6 months. The second time was the worst. Was hospitalized for a week, ventilator, therapy beyond belief. Pretty much nothing worked. I was sick for about 4 months and stayed out of school for a month, also lost around 50 pounds.

But anyway, the doctors were wrong. :thumbsup

Coming home one day and finding out my mom and sister had been attacked and taken hostages by robbers.

On May 18, 1997 I walked into my old apartment to find that my wife of 9 years (who I had left 6 weeks previously) had killed herself.

back in the day, i used to go paintballing every weekend out in Jackson NJ....they used to bus in different youth groups that we would challange. I remember there was this one little cocky shit head that thought he was the shit. He would get shot and as he was walking off, would shoot other people. As he was walking off, I watched him shoot one of my friends in the back right after he told my friend he was already out. As he walked past my friend, I proceeded to shoot him 3 times in his nuts from around 6 feet away. He wasnt wearing a cup, and I guess black sweatpants didnt help either. He just sat there crying, and they called an ambulance because he said he couldnt walk...Fuck him. We all got a good laugh out of it.

When I found out that mom aborted a baby when dad punched her in the stomach. It would have been between me & my younger sister.

I'm glad that I don't own a gun & that sob father of mine is on the other side of the state... :BangBang:

Man, I'm all depressed now after reading this thread. I can relate with the blow to the nuts stories. I got kicked in the balls when I was a young teen so fucking hard that I was on the ground crying like a woman for almost half an hour. I heard a few people saying that I was faking it, but I wasn't!

It was very rough but that one day in november was made a lot more special because of it. I'll let my son know I have a friend that shares his b-day. :thumbsup

Amp, I didn't know about your daughter, so sad to hear about that.....

My worst day was 27 months ago. I was told I had incurable Leukemia and would probably be dead in 6 months. Thank God for Bone marrow transplants :)

My grandfather had bone cancer, and had 2 toes amputated in 1965 ... the cancer came back in 68, and they suggested amputating above the knee ... my grandfather being very active, told them no, and opted to a below the knee amputation, so he could be fitted for an artificial leg ...

His doctor at this time gave him a year to live ... He lived for another 17 years and was in total remission at the time of his death ... (He died of Bronchial Pneumonia unrelated to the cancer )

luckily enough i don't have any sad stories. but you know whats fucked up, i'm never satisfied with what i have. i suppose thats somewhat of human nature, sometimes i wish i was shipped off to one of those 3rd world countries and then i'd realize how lucky my dumbass is :)

I have numerous "rough days"
the worst was probably when they discovered cancer in my colon....luckily, they caught it quickly (just polyps) and were able to remove it with surgery....I still get checked out every 6 months or so and no sign of recurrence yet

also, I had this massive crush all through school on thjis girl but was too shy to appraoch her and during our senior class party, I was told that she had felt the same about me all those years, but she was killed in a car wreck the next day (I think I postd this once before in a similar thread)

I also had a friend who bought rundown houses and fixed them up and sold them at narrow margins to poor people, who was murdered in one of his houses...he also had a young son that to this day I keep in contact with at least once a week since he has to grow up without a daddy...

the death of my first wife in a car crash was rough too....to this day, I still don't drive a car...

I've almost died in an accident abot 5 years ago, i think 15 at the time, i burnt a stop (thats what they say atleast) hit a van, went over the van, my helmet came off (I was on a scooter) and my made love to the asphalt for several feet, was unconsious for about 3 1/2 days, can't remember anything around that time, its good thing tho...

I still say I did my stop and the girl hit me...
