is epoch down? I tried to login to their systems and am getting timouts, their live chats are going to "no one is here email us" screens and their billing pages on wnu.com are not coming up.

epoch IS down, I finally got thru on billingsupport's live chat:
You are now speaking with Marquez S. (billing2617) of Customer Service.
Me: is epoch processing down?
Marquez S. (billing2617): yes we are upgrading our system... try again in about 10 minutes
I asked how long they were down for, but the rep did not know. -

epoch is back online, but I am still a bit miffed that they would take processing offline without any email warnings to their clients and without any backup systems online to handle processing while they upgraded.Comment
