Looks like pyramiding to me. You pay 3k for membership. Then they teach you their system. You earn 1k to refer people. I tried googling for negative reviews, so far none.

A friend of mine got involved in pyramid type scheme. He pays a big amount to be a member. Then they teach you their system so it's up to you to implement it. But your main income is referring new members. He got in when the scheme was about to run dry, so he ended up losing money.

Its quite new system, few months old.
Site is pr0 and according to alexa stats have 2 months.
I just wonder if it could be profitable or its just a scam.

It is a pyramid. Just sit down and figure out how many people have to be involved for you to make money. Then figure out how many people have to be involved for them to make money, and so on.

The number keeps getting bigger faster.

Be careful, my foolishness nearly lost me $3k to 12dailypro. Even though I was unlucky and started just before it folded, I was lucky and managed to recover my funds.

There's a lot of shifty programs around that make money purely from new people signing up, you may be able to make money with them but it's never guaranteed and even if you make the $$$ it's likely someone else is going to lose it. After being burned and coming out nearly ahead (I effectively lost about $50) I won't be trying it again.
