The thing is i didn't even cancel yet. He did it on only 1 of my domains. I was waiting to find a replacement before i cancelled.

Contact the registrar about the problem. They'll help you change it over, with proof of identity.

Lesson learned: never let anyone register domains for you.

I've E-mailed them (godaddy) a couple of times , but no replies so far .:(

I tried calling him all i get is voicemail for some family (i didn't get the last name) but i don't think it's the right phone number. I'll still try to call agaim, it might be his home phone number.

That sorta shit happened to me a thousand times.
Better yet don't host with these kinds of companies, go right on the backbone and you're set. It's alot cheaper too.
