I am having the hardest time finding a HOSTED mailing list provider that allows both adult material AND a few nice features like bounce tracking and click throughs. This is what I need, or would like...

Remotely Hosted (Not on my server, no programming needed)
Allows Adult Material
Allows inport of a current mailing list (.csv)
About $30 - $50 p/ Month
Sends you newsletter within an hour or so
Provides a few statistics on your newsletter like how many emails bounce, how many get opened, what links in your newsletter are clicked and what not.

An excellent example of what I want is www.constantcontact.com but they refuse to allow any adult related material even though we send no actual pornography or nudity in our newsletters, as well our site depicts no nudity or anything sexual until a credit card is verified.
