joomla users on webair
Anyone here using Joomla on a webair dedicated server? I'm trying to set up a site, but I can't get the new user registration e-mails to send out.
Can anyone give me a tip as to what settings you are using on your e-mail config? |
pretty much default config....
PHP mail function /usr/sbin/sendmail SMTP auth : no |
on
SMTP Host: what are u using? |
localhost, but since I use PHP mail function, it has no implication.

yea I'm not sure WTF is going on. Just for the hell of it, I just tried signing up using one of my server e-mails and it works perfectly.
However if I try to sign up using my ISP address I never get the confirm e-mail. This is a brand new domain, so no way it could be blocked via ISP's for spam. So I'm not sure WTF is going on. |
Port 25 could be blocked on your ISP. Change it to 26 and test again.
