joomla users on webair

Anyone here using Joomla on a webair dedicated server? I'm trying to set up a site, but I can't get the new user registration e-mails to send out.

Can anyone give me a tip as to what settings you are using on your e-mail config?

localhost, but since I use PHP mail function, it has no implication.

yea I'm not sure WTF is going on. Just for the hell of it, I just tried signing up using one of my server e-mails and it works perfectly.

However if I try to sign up using my ISP address I never get the confirm e-mail. This is a brand new domain, so no way it could be blocked via ISP's for spam. So I'm not sure WTF is going on.

Port 25 could be blocked on your ISP. Change it to 26 and test again.
