What is the best length for clips in a members area?

Cut, or uncut?

It depends on the size of the file, for one. If you're only serving over HTTP, they won't be able to 'jump' back and forth, so each download is essentially a 'loss' if they get bored and decide to keep clicking. I like to keep files down to 20MB if possible.
