I am so fucking tired of wasting money in Uncle Sam's pocket.

I have big pockets too. I work so hard to win this money. Anyone on this board will agree that it ain't easy making money here.

We may have the chance of working from our homes but it ain't a reason to take so much money away.


Another thing: the money, huh... MY money is beeing used for things that I don't need. Ya the Army, roads and stuff but there's so much money wasted...

But that's just my opinion

I hate the fact that I still have to fill in a 1040 even though I don't reside in the USA anymore (although I'm still a US Citizen) nor do I earn any wages in the States. I don't actually have to pay any taxes unless I earn a HUGE amount per year but I find it ludicrous that I have to report my income to them year after year. I pay my taxes in the country where I earn my money, what business is it of the US gov't??:BangBang:

Well unless the US based sponsors report the cheques to the Canadian government, I don't see why they would. And I can't see them doing that at all. But I'm ignorant.

Since they don't give out any valuable info to get their checks mailed to them in Canada.

Find a good accountant. No matter how much or how little money you make a good accountant can figure out a way to help you pay waaaaay less than you do now.

And no, the guys in H&R Block don't count.

What exactly will that acomplish? No matter where the checks are sent the company will report to the governement that YOU made that money, making you liable to pay the taxes. Unless of course you incorporate your company in a different country.

Try paying the taxes here in Canada. Gas, alcohol etc are taxed bigtime. Then again we do have free health care. And in case you work for the Canadian gov't, I haven't made a sale in 2 years. lol
