Ok i'm lauching a design company to be included in my Empire, and what else is better then giving free design to built a portfolio.
their is only 4 tour design that is going to be given away, so 4 of the lucky webmasters is going to get a free website design for their site.

To be in this contest you only have to right me a email saying why it should be you that get this free site design.

If you win, you will only have to get some content to get your tour design.

Seriously, though, I would like the tour because like you I am relatively new. You're starting a design portfolio, and my operations are also relatively new. Up-and-comers should work together.
