More evidence of tube sites just doing whatever the fuck they want.

YouTube says that clips become the property of YouTube once they are posted to the site.

So they claim rights to videos and now they are in the habit of making contracts with minors (who have no contractual rights)... Interesting.

That's a pretty fucked up story. BTW, they were fighting like crazy!

I like how that news source jacked the youtube feed (or that's what it looks like they did). Did the news site get consent from the 'author'?

Also, I am not sure if this is the same Norwood as mentioned in the article, but this might be related/relevent to the discussion. If this is the same Norwood, then the incident in the girls locker room appears to be an average day in Norwood.
